There is no project too big or too small for our team to take on. We have a unique on-boarding process, in that, we audit each unit from day one. We can provide free rent analyses on potential purchases you are considering with our current rental market knowledge from the wide array of building types we currently manage. Our portfolio of building types includes single family homes, duplexes, multi-units from 3-plexes to large multi-property 16+ plex’s with on-site managers, storage units, commercial spaces from studios to fully functioning multi-room offices. While our office is located in Eau Claire, we have staff who are spread out throughout the Chippewa Valley from Alma, to Bloomer, we are frequently driving past our units to make sure they are in respectable order.
